there are a lot of questions that need to be answered and wasn't asked in that video.
questions like:
who would be the one who has the syringe since that attack could occur at any time or place? would it be the child?
how do you protect those that administered the dose but something went wrong?
if the law did pass would people be obligated to administer it?
the big problem is that laws enacted are suppose to apply to everyone but life has no absolutes
