The Left's Campaign Against Christie Blatchford

How democracies perish.

From Canadian communists calling themselves the "
Anti-Racist Action." Pure leftist totalitarianism:
The goal of this action was to silence Blatchford, and make it clear to her and her supporters that the people of Kitchener-Waterloo will not tolerate bigoted, ignorant analyses of our allies, and we will not stand by and watch undisturbed as Blatchford and people who share her views attempt to poison the minds of people across Turtle Island. The members of ARA who participated in this action feel this goal was clearly achieved, as she was not invited to take the stage due to our presence and did not protest at the lack of invitation. We feel it has been made evident to the community that Christie Blatchford and her like are not welcome, and that the KW ARA is alive and well, as well as energetic and well-informed. We are proud to have stopped this racist apologist from further disseminating her lies, and we firmly pledge to be present at the rescheduling of this event in order to continue our Campaign Against Christie.

Quote.... "KW ARA is alive and well, as well as energetic and well-informed."

They may well be alive, well and energetic but they sure as hell are not well informed and the police or whoever it was that were supposed to be providing security need to be charged with dereliction of duty or some damn thing. It is shameful when a person in Canada can not speak their mind openly. Someone should inform those idiots that is how free speech works and the next night or even the same night at their own venue they are free to share their views opposing or supporting if they choose.

The fact that university personal and students in Canada can be so ill informed is heartbreaking. It makes me feel happy that I left school at the age of 15 and educated myself on the job so to speak as I would hate to have been any part of an education system that promotes this type of activity. The country I was born and lived in all my life is almost unrecognizable to me today. Its a pity!
