Traditionally it’s a divorce that makes a financial dent for a wealthy athlete like Tiger Woods. But it appears that in Tiger’s case, it’s going to cost him to stay with his wife, Elin Nordegren, the mother of their two children.

According to Us magazine, Elin Nordegren signed a prenuptial agreement at the time of her marriage to Woods worth a reported $300 million, topping the previous record for celebrity divorces held by Michael Jordan’s wife, Juanita, who received approximately $150 million.
In addition to the settlement, Us reports that the couple –married since 2004 -- own a $2.6 million home in Florida, a 155-foot $22 million yacht and a $39 million mansion on Jupiter Island.

ReplyDeleteThere is an old joke about what food causes women to forget about sex? Wedding cake. It would seem to me that we have to be careful about assigning blame, as good as that may feel, without knowing the facts.
ReplyDeleteEveryone of us are capable of falling off our "white horse" for a variety of reasons.
In all situations like this there are usually two people to blame, even though men are the ones who step up and take responsibility.
Hopefully they will settle their differences and become stronger.
