Unprecedented! Obama Disses Israel's Binyamin Netanyahu - Bibi 'Dumped for Dinner' as U.S. Further Repudiates Key Ally!

Whoa!

Binyamin Netanyahu Humiliated After Barack Obama 'Dumped Him for Dinner'":

For a head of government to visit the White House and not pose for photographers is rare. For a key ally to be left to his own devices while the President withdraws to have dinner in private was, until this week, unheard of. Yet that is how Binyamin Netanyahu was treated by President Obama on Tuesday night, according to Israeli reports on a trip viewed in Jerusalem as a humiliation.

After failing to extract a written promise of concessions on settlements, Mr Obama walked out of his meeting with Mr Netanyahu but invited him to stay at the White House, consult with advisers and “let me know if there is anything new”, a US congressman, who spoke to the Prime Minister, said.

“It was awful,” the congressman said. One Israeli newspaper called the meeting “a hazing in stages”, poisoned by such mistrust that the Israeli delegation eventually left rather than risk being eavesdropped on a White House telephone line. Another said that the Prime Minister had received “the treatment reserved for the President of Equatorial Guinea”.

Left to talk among themselves Mr Netanyahu and his aides retreated to the Roosevelt Room. He spent a further half-hour with Mr Obama and extended his stay for a day of emergency talks to try to restart peace negotiations. However, he left last night with no official statement from either side. He returned to Israel yesterday isolated after what Israeli media have called a White House ambush for which he is largely to blame.

  1. After Israel embarrasses our Vice President last week, and announces the building of settlements in East Jerusalem during Netanyahu's first meeting with Obama, people are actually shocked and surprised by Obama's behavior?

Maybe Israel should stop acting like a**holes if they want to get respect.

  2. Israel is 62 years old, time to go play on it's own.

They've stolen enough of our technologies that they turned around and sold to China already, they should be able to stand on their own. Want to know why China is a nuclear armed world superpower? Israel.

  3. The Jews that voted for Barack Hussien Obama are beginning to remind me of the Jews who worked for Adolf Hitler.

  4. The Pickininny Prince goes to Cairo and gives great wind-gusts to the Arab world without bothering to go to Israel next door, instead sending court jester Plugz Biden to start up the talks?

Oh yeah, that's a nice way to start off a relationship. If the Israelis had a left-wing terrorist leadership, you can bet Step'n Fetchit would be bowing and scrapeing and dusting the floor with his elaborate courtly flourishes, even more so if Israel had a lot of oil and was ruled by a medieval king.

BHO doesn't like democracies, and he's fixin' to be another Jimmy Carter without any signed Treaties or even a hint of progress. Him and Hillarious Rodham C. ought to go back to Russia and China to make more concessions just to keep in practice. That reset button needs more practice.....!

  5. He said he would fundamentally change America, didn't he? So why is this a surprise that he's dissing America's allies?

Nothing the man who bowed to the Saudi monarchs does surprises me.

  8. I checked the facts. Bush did not bow, but he did hold the monarchs hand. The far-left Rachael Maddow is the source.

Actually, Tas, the housing in question is not an East Jerusalem "settlement", but an expansion of existing apartments in North/Northwest Jerusalem ... legit Israeli territory.

Maybe the Arabs should stop trying to eradicate the State of Israel ... and our current set of leaders should stop acting like poster children for Romans 1:22 (look it up) ... if they want to get respect.
