I'd add some commie academics and bloggers, like Howard Zinn and Markos Moulitsas, although, yeah, no need to inflate the importance of dolts like that on the left. (I need to think of some others ...) And notice how John F. Kennedy doesn't make the cut. Something about the post-1964 Democrats that really brings out the neo-communism in American history.

Ha, JFK and Joe McCarthy were great buddies, though Jack didn't tipple with the hard-drinking Tail-Gunner Joe. They were both Irish-Catholic outsiders elected in the post-war Congress in '46, hung out a lot and agreed on Communists in the government, among many other issues. When Joe was elected to the Senate in '48, he did start to get revved up, although by that time a OSS sting had got Virginia Bentley to turn over a list of actual Soviet spies, including Harry Dexter White, who would have been Henry A. Wallace's Secretary of State or Treasury.
What history would have been like had FDR's request for Indiana Governor Schricker, who declined the VP slot because of his sense of personal inadequacy in running the country during wartime had FDR died, is one of the great unexamined counterfactuals of history. Wallace was canned for being too pro-Soviet, and actually visited the Vorkuta gulag and came away impressed by the "humane" work conditions---Potemkin village worked on this "intellectual" just like it does on all proglibtards.
FDR also considered Sen James Byrnes of South Carolina, a Catholic, who would have been the first RC POtUS had the deal worked out . Instead, Byrnes became the most conservative SecState under Truman until Dulles. Another counterfactual what if!
I went to Marquette High School and met RFK there as a sophomore in '58 when he was still involved in WI politics, obviously getting ready for JFK's '60 run. Bobby of course was Joe McCarthy's hard-hitting anti-commie and anti-mob aide.
Something the RFK hagiographers leave out of his libtard historian cosmos. History is the lie commonly agreed upon!
And to think I voted for Carter. I can take it as a lesson learned. The vote for Carter really helped in seeing how both Clinton and Obama would not be good for this country.
Clinton had almost every attribute a President should possess. What he did not have was the wherewithal to actually be President. He always enjoyed giving speeches and debating policy, but seemed never capable of carrying out the actions necessary to have a policy be effective.
Whereas Obama has none of the attributes to be a good President. He cannot even give a good speech unless he has a teleprompter to keep him on point, if indeed he has one other than Bush did it. Every time he starts to stray from the teleprompter he blunders.
They both have the same defects. They like being President, but lack the wherewithal to be President. At least Clinton knew when to cut his losses and get in front of the parade. Obama lacks the capacity to know even that.
Carter had such promise. I cringe every time I think about the vote I cast for him.
