This entire article mentions not one word about "ObamaCare," perhaps because the decision by Anthem Blue Cross sticks the middle finger right in the face of Washington and California bureaucrats --- and mind you, rates will be going up, not down, contrary to President Hussein's repeated claims that his national socialism would reduce rates.
