The liberal feminist death march has continued through the sexualized attacks on Sarah Palin and other conservative women in more recent times.An almost 15-year old video was all the excuse Maddow needed to take the story national. Because the fate of the nation turns on whether O'Donnell masturbates, at least to Maddow.
One can understand why Alan Colmes would get all excited about the subject, but why the person who runs the liberal feminist blog Feministe?
Because liberal feminism is dead, and has been for years.Liberal feminism began its death spiral no later than when Democratic Party loyalists defended serial abuser Bill Clinton and demonized his victims (right around the time of O'Donnell's interview, as coincidence would have it).
But, it's not like I didn't see this coming.

I am far more concerned with Marxists and people who believe in collective salvation. The operant word is "collective." One might ask what does collective salvation mean?
If one cannot have "salvation" until we have "collective salvation" then how does one get to this state. The possibilities are endless and the vast majority of outcomes do not appear to me to be good for those who might not agree with the methods utilized or the goals espoused.
This attack by feminists is just so much twaddle. An attack by a bunch of insecure hypocrites who seem to be missing in action when it comes to the treatment of anyone other that themselves and who fear being replaced by real women.
