I'd call that comment doubtful: he's just been shot and those three people come immediately to mind, plus Congressman Boehner? Someone is feeding him info.
It would be more believable had he mentioned Evil Roy Slade as an accomplice.

This will never go away. The people in that parking lot that day were undoubtedly there because they are Democrats, and their congresswoman voted accordingly, most of the time.
Fuller's opinion may have been the same even if not wounded.
The fact that no one but conservatives are pointing out the past use of the same language and symbols is blatantly dishonest. Never let the facts get in the way of a lie.
