What I like here, other than the fact that she is doing well, is that she understands the importance of her husband doing his job. I suspect that they are both mutually supportive of each other.
Those of us who have spent time in the military know how important having a strong capable wife is to our careers and everything that makes life worth living. Feminists are just whiny little wimps compared to the strong capable women who are the wives of people in the military. I suspect that is why large numbers of us who have/had military married experience don't take feminists seriously because we know what a strong, smart, capable loving woman is from experience.
Happiness and good times to her and hope that she makes a full recovery.
