The Muslim Student Association — 'A Virtual Terror Factory'
Patrick Poole is interviewed at the clip. He indicates that the Muslim Students Association "has been a virtual terror factory." No doubt. I complained to UCLA about the radical MSA pledge of allegiance to dying to establish islam. They said their legal team would "look into it". Seems anything short of flying planes into buildings is free speech. (eyeroll)
Agreed, Opus #6. Free speech rights have been nothing but an albatross around the neck of this country since the Founding Fathers put them right at the beginning of our constitution. Didn't they realize that there are some things it should just be illegal to say? Especially by people who don't pray to the same god you and I do, am I right? *eyewink*

Really a fantastic expose. Hopefully the MSA students indicted down in Orange County will be found guilty and heavily fined. This is clearly a dangerous, subversive organization, and a recruiting ground for the most radical elements in Islam.
Rants? I wrote four sentences, chief. And I couldn't give two shits who the MSA are. From the sound of it they seem to believe in an invisible sky god just like you and Ms. #6 here. To me you're all magic lovers.
See that? I just slammed Muslims too. My "final solution" to wrap the world in bacon is meant to point out the inanity of their beliefs as well as the Jews. If they were Hindu I'd be making burger jokes because I think only an easily led fool would believe that an all-knowing, all-powerful god cares about your diet.
My main point though was to point out the frankly un American attitude of your commenter that a group's free speech rights should be curtailed because she disagrees with what they're saying, which you let post without comment. Perhaps she could point out the law that says pledging allegiance to a sect or religion is illegal. Like I said, I think it's stupid but the government shouldn't have anything to do with it.

Yeah, I think you've made your main point abundantly clear, Don: I remember when I thought calling people names was a way to win arguments too but starting junior high cured me of that. I envy your boys that they have such a measured and sage mentor to guide them through life.

I'm apalled that these educated men/ women would address each other in such a way. Further, the men who penned our Constitution regarded freedom of speech as a prosaic privilege,not a "free for all." It was a given that the soapbox was to be used in a schlorly way. It has now become an means to promote any ongodly {That's God as in The Only True God} premise. Complain to a university that will sell a chair to anyone? I don't want to be in the shoes of those who curse Israel as they are cursing themselves in the process no matter how "devilishly cute" they believe themselves to be.
