This kind of reminds me of what happened in the UK in the early 70's when the then Prime Minister, Harold Wilson, regularly had beer and sandwiches with the invited union leaders of the time. We all know what happened to the UK in the 70's because of greedy unions, the IMF got called in and the UK almost became a 3rd world nation!
