As with my President,
I feel a twinge of concern,
in the vicinity of my left elbow,
or maybe it's just some repetitive strain injury
as I empathize with these people
who have an opinion which deserves to be heard,
yet is morally equivalent to that of the democratically elected leadership of Iran,
so roughly treated by the previous Administration,
as that Administration tried somehow to set American Power above all others in the world,
in such a rough and nuance-free sort of way,
piling angst against the US up to the sky,
like the bodies of so many protesters snuffed in ways that
sort of concern me, on those rare occasions when my contemplation of the awesomeness of the POTUS
is so rudely interrupted by the petty details of reality.
