"I don't apologize for America because I believe in America! We believe in freedom, in opportunity. We believe in free enterprise and capitalism. We believe in the American dream. And we believe that the principles that made America the leader of the world today are the very principles that will keep America the leader of the world tomorrow. These last two years have not been the best of times. But while we've lost a couple of years, we have not lost our way." -Governor Romney, CPAC 2011And speaking of CPAC, Skye has her concluding post, "CPAC Experience Wrap Up."

Donald, it may just be me, but Romney doesn't seem to be "the person" that we need at this juncture. It may be that he's out of office and unable to do the sorts of things that Chris Christie is able to do. That's one problem with being on the campaign trail with only organizing the Winter Olympics and RINO Mass. Governor on your coat tails. He hasn't been in office and hasn't been doing -- just campaigning.
I shouldn't hold that against him, but the charisma doesn't shine the way it does when you're in the crucible.
