A rather surprising finding from the newly released CNN poll. Question three on the national survey of 1,136 adults (which includes an oversample of African-Americans) asks, "Do you consider the first six months of the Obama administration to be a success or a failure?"Check Bevan's post for the links!
Thirty-seven percent (37%) said they believe the Obama administration is a "failure," while 51% consider it a "success" and 11% say it's still "too soon to tell."
An identical question was asked of the Bush administration in an August 2001 CNN/Gallup/USA Today survey. At the time, 56% said the Bush administration was a "success" while only 32% considered it a "failure."
And check Memeorandum.

It doesn't much matter now.
Obama has already accomplished what he set out to do.

I remember an anonymous comment here that told me not to put any faith in a MSNBC internet poll that indicated greater than 75% of the people in the poll thought Obama was a failure. Hmmm!
The poll was the harbinger of things to come.
ONLY ONE PROBLEM!!!!!!
A survey thats results based on less than 1/10th of a percent of the population is only reliable as being representative of a very minor anomaly in the opinion base.
when they give the results of a poll consisting of over 100,000 people, such as the Genral Election of Nov. 2008, then you can draw a real conclusion. Until then, Get over it you lost.
